Meet PROFIUS Project Team!

The members of the Profius Project recently had their 6 months meeting. A great collaboration between Denmark, Norway, Iceland, and Malta !

The project Goal

PROFIUS goal is to address challenges in the supply chain related to lumpfish (roe and carcass) and tuna side-streams by developing preservation solutions for maintaining quality and improving utilization of the entire biomass.
